About
Wentworth Community Housing Limited is a not-for-profit housing company that provides affordable, rental housing and other assistance to eligible people who are on low to moderate incomes. Wentworth manages almost 2200 properties with the majority located in the Penrith, Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains and Blacktown Local Government Areas. Wentworth also manages properties in The Hills Shire.

We started changing conversations with them in 2009
The Change Company worked with the senior Executive Team and Board to provide facilitation services for the development of organisational strategy for over 4 years. In addition, the Change Company also provided leadership development, via the use of the The Leadership Circle for the senior Executive Team over that time.
